Heng Seng Li was first established in 1949 by Mr. Heng Leauk-Kui as a hair’s oil and cosmetic business that had to produce the packaging himself from the re-use packaging. Later, he received a mass order only the packaging then Mr. Heng granted the cosmetic business to his younger brother while he turned himself to do only a packaging company. Heng Seng Li was the first producer who produce a packaging from corrugated paper and the factory was located near Chakrawat police station.
1990 Mr. Sukhum Rungcharoensuksri (Youngest son of Mr. Heng) separated the packaging factory and registered a new company entitled “Heng Seng Li ” in Phra Pradaeng district.
1997 Due to the increase of clients domestically and internationally, we transformed our entitle to “HSL Cartons” for a more international prospects. Furthermore, we relocated our production base to Chachoengsao province because previous location was limited due to its small size and to support our clients from the east. Importantly, our business was survived during the economic crisis in 1997.
2013 To support the economic growth and the establishment of ASEAN Economic Community – AEC. HSL Cartons expanded the business by built a new building specifically for corrugated paper production and installed more corrugators to support more orders. Ms. Waewta (The oldest daughter of Mr. Sukhum) came up to manage the business from her father since
2017. We keep our standard productions and continually received a mass order, then we invested another corrugator.
